Women's Leadership institute is a non-governmental Iraqi institute.  That works through its educational and training programs to achieve the necessity needs for knowledge and experience to improve women self-potentialities and let them to gain a high leading skills in order to enable them to participate actively in position of making discion. It was established in the year 2005 in Baghdad and it was facilitators in all Iraqi provinces The most important means that the institute use to achieve it's aims Organizing conferences, discussion circls, and trainings in Baghdad and other provinces Establishing network of regional facilitators (18 provinces) Publishing regular monthly newsletter starting from April Creating Public resource center / library Producing and distributing brochures Create a website on the Internet WLI's Issues monthly newsletter include WLI's activities and other organization's activiyies. letbook about referndum. letbook about woman and constitution. letbook about personal status. Our Philosophy The institute is dealing and supporting leader women in governmental position, political parties and civil society organization. WLI will provide advocacy coordination to facilitate diverse women's groups in focusing their emerging female leaders in Iraq.
